Default those of you with ITR header/cat-back

i was wondering should i get ITR headers for my ls.....i got the itr cat-back already....will i feel any gain if i put itr header and catback? or i should just put the ITR cat-back on and save my money and get some better headers? btw my friends selling me his ITR headers for $30 used less then 10k miles

i'll doubt there will be any gains, might just flow better. the top portion is the same, but the down pipe is just a tad bigger. I'll save the 30 for other mods...

Don't waste your time installing usdm itr header..save you $$ for a jdm 4-1 or a dc jdm 4-1. I had a JDM 4-1, test pipe, and type R exhaust and I liked it a lot and felt a nice increase in power

The USDM ITR header will perform just as well as the DC 4-2-1 or Comptech 4-2-1, it just doesn't look as pretty. For $30, not a bad choice.

thanx for the info... dont think i am gonna get the headers...i put on the ITR cat-back.... its a pain in the *** because all the bolts are rusted..

A bottle of PB Blaster will fix those rusty bolts.

Use stainless hardware this time around so you can get the hardware out easier.
