How hard is it to change a sohc cam?

I was wondering how hjard it would be to change my cam in my 96 HX. Please give details because I know nothing about it.

if you don't have the slightest idea where to even start,you may be better off getting somebody else to do it.
if you do want to try it,buy a shop manual,follow it carefully and take your time.
