I think only the 00-01 LSs came with the tweets. 5.25" speakers fit in the factory holes, but the actual size is 6". Boston makes some that have an H after the model # specifically made for hondas.

prolly the same in fornt and back, could be wrong tho, may i reccomend the Jls? VR600 fits in my 89 teg, and so will the rest of the series. For the front (dunno if the later years have this) there may be some moisture cups that will keep the speaker from going all the way flush. Just make a hole in the back big enough for the magnet to stick through.

I installed some cheap 6.5" speakers all around because my stocks were blown.

In the front I put in Pioneer 6.5's which directly replaced the stock (stock is Pioneer and the new ones even had the exact same basket design).

In the back I put in some 6.5" Jensen 2-ways. They fit fine, I just had to drill some new holes in the mount bracket to secure them.

6.5 will fit no problem it's just the depth you need to check! =

the 6.5's wil mount up fine. You'll have to lose the stock honda baffle tho. Depth is another issue. The size of the magnets impact how deep the speaker sits. If your doing anything other than a shallow mount speaker, in the front you'll need a spacer. Just make one with high or medium density fiberboard, and do a cutout with a jigsaw. Took me twenty minutes.
