weight reduction-what can i remove without sacrificing safety?

I am trying to lose some weight on my 99 coupe. I took out the a/c and a couple of other minor things. I know the sound absorbing stuff can be taken out, any idea how much weight I can lose with just that? What else can I take out?

if u don't mind the sound then u should take the tar and stuff out cause riding gutted is loud

but i like it
