Default Motor experts... rod bearing failure question

Ok.. so I have a fully built block (Benson's sleeves, JE pistons, crower rods, etc) and about 4 months ago I had the oil pump gears shatter. At this time I replaced the oil pump with a new one, replaced the gears with a set of pro-drive gears, and replaced all the rod bearings. One shop did all the work and I did a thousand mile break in on the new bearings and went on my way. Well, yesterday my motor spun several rod bearings without warning. I contacted the shop about the matter and they proceeded to tell me that it wasn't their problem and that pro-drive oil gears are known to have problems in hondas. Any experts shed some light on this for me please?

dissasemble your oil pump and inspect for damage, the only way the shop could be resposible, is by incorrectly installing any of the parts.
