Default Cam gears question

I Have a h23vtec swap in my 90accord and I just got some cam gears off ebay there called megan I am woundering is it best for me to retard the timing or advance the motor is all stock with a 50 shot of nitrous.

the best thing to do is dyno tune it especially since you have nitrous. with nitrous sometimes you retard timing, but with a 50 shot that may not be necessary and you always retard the ignition timing instead of the cam timing. honestly if you want it done right i would get it dyno tuned cause if you break something it will cost more to fix it than it cost to just do it right the first time.
