Welding a dart block? Can it be done
I have the opportunity to puchase a dart block that has a whole in the block. A rod bolt broke and the rod punched a hole in the block. The sleeves and pistons are fine.
Can the block be welded (I remember reading something about that), also is it a specialized weld, or can any mom and pop shop that welds aluminum weld it?

For a six pack and $10, I'll JB weld your block for you in no time. I'll even include free shipping. So, how's that for a deal?? LOL
if the rod punched a hole through the block, wouldnt the sleeves been damaged as well? show us a picture on how it looks. most often if the bottom area of the block is grenaded, its pretty much trash. damage like that can affect the structural integrity of the bottom area. which is the foundation of the sleeves.
