Whats covered in my warranty

hey everyone... i got a 6th gen accord (2000). The cel came on and i check the code and its the idle air valve. I got about 40,000 miles on the car, is the iav covered under warranty? thanks for the help.

I would either check your manual it should be in there or simply call your dealership, they should be able to fill you in. Hope this helps.

How many miles does your warranty cover?

i think its just the basic warranty, but some cover more if its emissions related. am i wrong?

Usually the warranty is 3years/36K, but higher for drivetrain like 5/50 or some are 6/75.

emissions is 5 years 50,000 miles

is there any warranty on suspension components? i was looking in my manual and didn't see anything on it.
my dad's giving me grief about lowering it because he thinks it'll void some warranty.
