I need to sell my spot for the upcomming PCA school at Roebling Road on the weekend of the 20th! I am signed up in the Black (advanced) group. The cost is $171. Please lemme know ASAP!

 

what do you have to have done to the car to compete in this kind of event ?? roll cage, fire ext. , safety belts? etc... i might be interested for sure..

 

Nothing special, just a street car that will pass tech. Though you will need a good bit of track experience to run in the advanced group. The event is full, so I don't think there is a chance of switching groups.

 

Damn,, i forgot that their is a Auto-X the same day.. can you get me some more info on these types of events.. my buddy Smokkin Rubber and i are interested in this definatly.. Ive been to a few Auto X events, but i think im prepared for it..

Ummm, A couple of autocrosses do not prepare you to run in an advanced run group on a road course. It is much different.

Glad to see the interest in getting on track, but it is appled and oranges when compared to autocrossing.

How often in an autocross are you dragging the car down from 100+ mph, then doing it again 30 seconds later. Car prep is different, learning curve is different, etc.

Not sure, but that weekend I'm at vir. Will be trying hard to put the ECR championship in the bag over there so that we don't have to go all the way down to Homestead for the final round.
