Who is going to Moroso Park this weekend
I am thinking of going to Moroso this weekend. Just wanted to know how many othe Pro cars were going to run this weekend??

i dont think that to many people will be coming except for the locals because it is a local event. april is when nhra comes down that will be a great event. but we will be their with our hatch.

it really sucked. as all moroso events do. i cant wait for april when nhra comes down here. that event is kick ***!!! and then nopi is coming down later in the year.

You say the event sucked, why did you lose first round? Moroso events are for the local racer's It is great to have the big dogs come down but how would the local racers ever win. There are people on here that complain about how the big dogs have all the bling bling to spend and that they always win but they dont alwyas show up to the little events. I am glad moroso has there local events i wont the 2001 points championship in the quick class and took home $ 
7000 for the year. This weekend was a great race i had to show that FWD's can still take out the RWD and rotary's. The gator axles racing team showed up strong and took both all motor cars to the final and my car to the final in the quick class and i took the win. I wanna say congratulations to chad who was runner up and otis who won the all motor class. And thanks to glen from Gator axles for such a great product, None of us had problems all weekend.
I took home a grand chad took 200 and otis 600, not including contingency.

yeah i know its nice for the locals to have some fun. but the reason why it sucked is because their is never enough cars to fill a field. on sunday morning their were 3 cars in the quick 16 class. thats garbage. all im saying as a spectator it would be nice to see the quick 16 have a full field or the rest of the classes.

I dont know how you say there where only 3 cars. Me and Gr tech where the only FWD's and there where 5 other RWD cars, the volvo, a starlite, and some rx3's. If nopi was there do you think you would have even qualified? i dont even think i would have quailified if nopi was there only a 8 car field. Well i hope you guys figure out the problem with the car.

Well if nopi goes to a 16 car field i am sure i can qualify but with all these 8 sec cars that are suppose to show up it might be a tight field but i did beat mike lasky last year. I am gonna miss the first nopi race in bradenton cause i will be on a cruise. But will be going to the one in moroso and maybe meet up with joe from ssc racing at a couple out of state events. And i guess i hope i can run the nhra event in moroso even though i wont have a diaper thing.

Yes we are going to run 16 car fields this year in Pro 4 and Pro Stock. The Tampa is a street raciners event only. We have that one and a race in Alabama for street cars.
