Default suspension question

is there a brand that makes race springs(one piece) that would lover my '93 accord go as long as 2.5'' front, and 2.5'' rear? if so, what stiffer, coil overs, or race springs? what would be the diffences in the ride and with what would it bounce more, coil overs, or race springs ?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish if you dont mind me asking..Do you want it to be low..or improve the ride..or the combo of both?

When you talk about coilovers do you mean something like Tein, or those yellow 'adjustable' coilovers from ebay? If I were to replace my suspension, I would also consider changing the struts/shocks, and not only the springs.

slickrc what do you mean by "is there a brand that makes race springs(one piece)"? Have you ever seen springs that have two or more pieces?

I agree with riceburner, Tein is probably one of the best company's to go with. Whether your going with a coil-over type setup or to a full race type suspension.
