no...there use to be a decal on it and its just sticky stuff from the decal still on it...

No they dont fog up because we sealed the headlights so it wont fog up...where u located

And for the fellow Filippino ehhe....the pics That are shown up above are the only major damage on the fender but there are minor dings and dents which can be easily fixed... I'll do 150 shipped but give me time...waiting for more offers since u are in flordia iight? thanxs
