it'll work with fabrication. if you can get the runners to line up. then i'd just mark the holes and drill and hope for the best. worst case scenario. cut the flanges and re weld. or just a get a different manifold.

you just pull a stud out of the head and make sure u tighten the rest of the nuts perfect. i forget which one but i think it is in the middle of the top row of bolts.

You have a problem dude...you need to get a friend or something. I m assuming this person is building an LS/vtec setup. If build correctly, Ls/Vtec is the best of both world. It has the high end horsepower as well as low end torque. Some honda-tech member have great Ls/Vtec engine and have lasted 3-4 years.

I don't know if you wanna fabricate the str manifold on the pr3 head. Personally i would sell it and not mess with it at all. Might damage the head or str manny itself . Just my opinion.

do not just remove a stud

ill almost garuntee there will be a vacuum leak.

the LS manifold will not directly bolt to the 16 head.

well there is still better.....gsr sleaved and bored to 84-85mm. more torque and it might rev higher depending on other things.
how bout this then. buy the type r im gasket and have a shop drill the hole for ya. that works.
