Default Shouldn't I be going faster???

OK, I went to the track for the first time last fall and ran a best time of 14.8. My car is a 92 HB w/ a gsr swap and has an intake, header, and cat-back. I ran on stock suspension which i thought slowed my time down and also on stock clutch. But i also think it was because of my lack of experience too. Tell me what you guys think..shouldn't i've been able to go faster?

RT: .378
60' 2.465
330 6.465
1/8 9.706
1000 12.491
1/4 14.867

Do you guys think that if i had my suspension, i would've ran faster? Because my car looked like it was an all wheel drive car. Getting traction in 1st, 2nd and 3rd was pretty hard. And also launching killed me too, as you can see my 60ft. times were slow.

wow 2.4 60' if you could get that down (suspension mods) you should dip into lower 14s, but looks like a great time though. what was you MPHs? i did 6.041 in my 330 (1st to 2nd shift) and did a 14.5@93.47

I had a 92' hb, GSR...With the stock susp. and tires I went 14.2... I had a clutch though. I think a good clutch will help you as well. Even though you arent making that much power, you'd be very suprised what a good clutch could do!

Not great MPH either. Your 1/4 mph should be around 95-97mph with that setup. How stripped was the car if any?
