Default what do you guys think of the sc61 turbo

I am just wondering what you guys think about the SC61 turbo. On my car I have the turbonetics turbo that came with the kit...not for sure on the exact specs of the Drag turbo. I am going to get as much power as I can with this turbo and then switch to another. The one that i was looking into is the SC61...it seems to make some good power and a good all around turbo. Not for sure on what specs on that turbo would suit me the best.

My engine is fully built GSR with a DART block, Crower rods, and JE pistons. Im wondering if I got the SC61 should i get the .48 or the .63 turbin side.....What do you guys think would suit me better and what would the advantages be????

Please let me know what you guys think and what other turbos i should look into...I would like to get somthing that wouldn't be a problem getting 500+ out of.

I reckon you are lookin for the SC61 bandwagon? Too bad, you just missed it. If you hurry you might be able to catch the GT35R wagon that just rolled through.

I predict the new bandwagon will be the GT37. Its ok because it is a good turbo.

well to be honest i looked at the archives and did a search....i figured i could write a post and some people would tell me their opinions. I figured when a person asked a question there would be some people willing to share some knowledge on the subject instead of people with little comments to say. Oh well i thought wrong...i guess i will just read archives instead of asking questions.

wrong way of thinking, read through the archives, if you're not satisfied, ask a question.

Well if that is the case then....I might as well ask a question too then. Which tranny is better for boost? The LS or the B16?

Well i got my own opinions through the archives and seem like many people like it....I was wondering which exhaust side i should go with .48 or .63 thats all....and what the advantages between the two are....thats the only question im asking.

Kwuaymaikrup I never said i was a know it all, so i don't know what exactly you are trying to say...i would say the LS because i hear it has longer gear ratio. The B16 from what i know has a shorter gear ratio.
