yes it will.

 

it will bolt to the head BUT the hx has the cat made as part of the manifold. youll either have to get a ex cat or universal weld on if you want to keep it legal. if not the it will bolt right up but it will throw a cel,probubly a 63 (p0138,p0139). get the ex or si cat and the cat back of your choice so you can keep your cel off and keep the air clean.
