anyone know the name of this wrench?
ok its like a really old school drill, and the middle section is offset from the top and bottom(where the socket goes) and you hold the middle and top so you can spin the middle around which tightens or loosens the nut/bolt. and where can i get one. engine builders use these a lot.
I've always wanted one, but I don't think I'd ever have much use for it. It's a little quicker on doing repetitive threadings, like cam plates, head bolts, main bolts, etc.
I use one on a regular basis putting together pool tables and my boss calls it a hand crank, but that is from an old country man so i don't guess i know the technical name.

I used it for lug nuts before I got my impact wrench. Even now, there's lots of times when it's good for spinning nuts & bolts on. An impact wrench can bugger up threads too quickly for its own good.
$3 is a good buy. If only I were as lucky as you.
Until then...I'll just make due with a socket on an extension.
