Tow hooks + rusted bolts = WTF???
I just figured out that I need to remove the driver side OEM tow hook for some FMIC piping. Problem is... the bolt heads are rusted beyond recognition. Any suggestions?

What do you do when something is rusted and doesn't budge, especially something that doesn't get placed into use for God knows how long?

The bolt heads are rusted beyond recognition... Vice grips won't work due to the size of the bolts. When I try and put a socket on them, they just crumple apart more. I think I'm gonna try the cutting wheel...

Re: (Black_SiR)
Take a drill bit slightly smaller than the diameter of the threaded section of the bolt, and drill down through the center of the head of the bolt, dont worry about going through the threaded section. Now put a chisel up to the side of the bolt head, and hit it with a hammer, if you get the chisel under the edge of it somehow, should pop right off, if not, a few whacks will bend then break the head off.
