have you had it running for awhile or did you just finish the swap? i had a civic that i swaped and it did the same thing, as soon as it warmed up a few minutes it would just stall, it end up being one of the sensors running off the intake on the vaccum lines, map sen. or one of those i can't remember right now but i'll try to go out and see which one it was in the morning when iots light out.

hey sorry bout that gnu, i took off for a couple of days for work the next morning and forgot to check, the honda i'm running know isn't the same one as then , but it was either the, map sensor, (iac) idle air control sen. , or the (iat) intake air control sensor, i'm not totally sure if the prelude uses the same sensors as your civic but if you have the ones that came with your swap an the originals try swaping one sensor at a time to see if it cures the problem. sorry bro thats the best i can do right now. but i'm betting its on of those sensors of the intake. i'll see if i can brainstorm a little tomorrow while i'm working in the garage and let you know if i think of something else.
