y8 swap qeustion, will an auto y8 throttle body work on a standard intake manifold ??
running into some problems with teh wreckers

Yes it will however, you will have to seal the two holes on the back side of the IM for the IACV.
Do you have an AUTO ECU?
if so, the auto ecu is going to look for the 3 wire IACV.
If you want to use the 2 wire IACV, then you need to change the pinouts at the ECU.
if so, the auto ecu is going to look for the 3 wire IACV.
If you want to use the 2 wire IACV, then you need to change the pinouts at the ECU.

no i was able to get ahold of a p28 standard ecu pre socketed with a b16 eeprom
just gonna cut the jumper and run stock for now
