engine picker mounting points
i bought this cherry picker:
http://www.thetoolsbar.com/pd_2_ton_folding.cfm
and im havin trouble figuring out where to mount the chain too.
i also got this:
http://www.thetoolsbar.com/pd_load.cfm
with the picker, and i think i have too little chain to reach where i think it mounts up to. i was trying to put a tranny bolt through the chain and into the tranny, and then do the same thing on the other side, but im not too confident about this. how did you guys pull your engines?
if anyone has pics, that would help a lot...

can u be a lil more specific? wrap one part of the leveler chain around the IM? and what do u mean one of the bolt holes on the exhaust side? one of the studs on the exhaust manifold? it doesnt seem too sturdy...

You'll need some more chain for the trans side. I use the empty hole by the intake manifold (as shown above), one of the power steering bolt holes directly on the other side from the intake mount point, the top 17mm tranny bolt and the top 12mm trans cover bolt (right above the axle). This provides the best anchor for the four point tilting system as opposed to the factory two point system which can be a real pain and near impossible when dealing with a B series in an CRX chassis. remove the distributor and throttle body before pulling the motor.
