Searching for rims
'94+ Integra GSR/SE/GS, '99+ Integra LS, '99+ Civic Si, '03 Civic EX coupe, '04+ Civic EX.
All of these are 15x6", 4x100, +40 offset. There are several different designs available; you can see them all here.

Why would LS wheels be 15x6.5 when GSR and ITR wheels are 15x6?

I don't see why not. Many guys over in the EF/CRX forum are using the OEM Honda 15x6" wheels with 195/50, 195/55, and 205/50 tires on their lowered cars with no problems whatsoever. For referenece, the largest stock wheels that came on an '88-91 Civic were 14x5.5" +45 with 185/60 tires, so it's not a big difference by any means. As long as your offset isn't below +40, you should be fine as far as rubbing is concerned.

It won't matter, any 15" 4 lug Honda wheel will fit on your car.
