We have about 50 acres of property about 4 miles from the track that the wife and I plan on building a second house and a nice large garage. Unfortunatly, that won't be done for sometime now and definetly not by next summer. But if we want a big party in a open field area.............

As it turns out, I will not be able to be involved any further in the planning of this event. However, the event still has the May dates blocked off, and the track event will be led by Phil Mirenda of CGI Motorsports. Please refer any questions directly to him at pmirenda@cgimotorsports as I believe he is not a member of this forum.

After discussing with Ken, I would be willing to pick up where he left off in the planning of the 2002 ITR Expo ONLY if you all support it. I think it would be in the best interest of the people that plan on attending that someone from this board pick up where Ken left off rather than being at the mercy of someone that is not on this board, and may not have the interest like I do to make this event special.
Please share any and all comments. Thanks!

you got my vote wes! i agree with letting people register now..you should start collecting money as early as possible..in case theres a shortage of cars youll have time to open it up to others..i think i can get a few sponsors for you too...but we need some corporate sponsors to take it to the next level...i think if we pre register(paid) a 100 cars the rest will fall into place..
im here if you need any help...esteban

No sign-ups yet.
BTW, I think the track may let people camp there; I've seen folks doing this at some of the events I've been to there. There's plenty of room (grass) and there are even bathrooms with showers. FWIW.

I will update the site as requested/required.
I set up the 01 with registration, etc etc and I can do the same this time if needed.
I'd also like to automate the caravan process.
