Default Cleaning polished wheels/frame?

This guy at my work decided to help me out with lubing and adjusting the chain on my gixxer. Well he did a great job except he got the lube all over my wheels and frame. Pretty much everything is polished on the bike that is metal. I tried using soap and water but that didn't do much. Is there any cleaning product i could use that wont hurt the polished metal much and clean off this chain lube??

alright, i'll try those. I'm just worried i'll ruin my wheels again. I used this wheel degreaser once at our detail shop at work and it turned everything that it touched that was polished like a milky white.

You can always get rubbing compound to polish it to a shine. I have some and it works great. You rub it on til it turns black, then wipe off and its blingin

How is that a good job? Any idiot can spray crap on a chain, the skill involved is only getting the Orings and not putting too much on...

it was a good job b/c he got the chain clicking noise to go away. I think the chain was too loose. Other than that he didn't do the best job, I almost slid out after he had did it on a test ride b/c he got it all over my tire I tried the brake cleaner and it took the lube off perfectly
