For the one pieces it could be hard. I installed my ZC DOHC OEM header in 1 piece. I put a hydrolick jack to pull the engine back, and remove the header rear braket, and remove radiator. After that it works great
when i installed my 4-1 1pc. I had to remove the cross member. Its real easy.
Just take out the rad, i took off the bumper as well, than 4 bolts hold on the x memeber, and 2 on the radius rods, you may beable to squeeze it though w/o removing radius rods. Have to try and see. It should clear the x-member no problem so you wont ran into the problems i did. Exhaust may need some re-working. since the header might be longer or shorter than stock.

Thanks!- I hope it'll be quiet easy
Will visit the mufflershop at the end of the week. Had to let them weld 2 O2 Sensor sockets on. Maybe I get a chance to install it saturday...
I think I need no rework. Header seems to match....

Yeah depending on how you do it, if you take the traction bars out of the cross member there a PITA to get back in, best way ive found is that if you need to take the cross member off many times for fitting (if you cut it) than its easier to get a buddy and have them pull on a rope to pull the bars over while you push the cross member back in slide it in. You wont have to cut so it should go right it, Its NOT fun. I musta put the damn thing on 15-20 times.
for doing the 02 the proper way.

Just disassembled my stock header....What a PITA
Had to do it with just a jack... Tommorow I'll install the dc header and figure out the right spots to place the O2 Sensors. Drill the holes and bring the damn thing to the muffler shop.
I have to disassemble my front bumper because I have to install meshs and a Mercedes SLK antenna in it. Maybe I remove the radiator and try to put the header on through the front !? :D
Heres a picture how the O2 sensors should look when they are installed.

I wouldnt trust them blocks.
I know how you feel i so wish i had a lift, i installed my header. Shortened the exhaust 8" to fit my reducers and for the longer collector all with a set of ramps that gave me maybe a extra 8-10". My car was also lowered 2" so it dosent help.
Dont ask me how i welded on top of the exhaust pipe or even fit that far down.

LOL, the car stands now for 3 days on these blocks and once it was on the blocks for 3 weeks. No big deal. These blocks are extremly solid and the tire stands complete on the blocks. The car doesn't move a mm.
