Will any t3 turbo fit a drag manifold?

Yes, any turbo with a T3 turbine housing will work with the DRAG manifold.

Block clearence is another issue.

True, with a 4 bolt discharge housing there will be more grinding on the block to clear the compressor housing, especially if it is a T04e or T04s cover.

You won't need to grind the block @ all with a straight t3 + a drag manifold-- if it's the same as it is for my D series, that is. Perfect fit.
