Can the manuel seat belts from a 92-93 work on a 1990 LX?
I have heard that you can swap over the manuel 3 pt harness from a 92-93 over to the 1990 accords that have the automatic seat belts. Is this true? Has anyone done this? Parts involved? Please help a new ACCORD OWNER! Thanks
I have all the parts, including the plastic molding that has the cut in it for the seat belt to go through it. I'm not sure if this is going to bolt on though. I will work on it on monday. Has anyone done this conversion successfully before?

why are you doing a conversion? Is there anything wrong with the automatic belts in your 90?
The only problem I ever had with my 90 LX belts, the dealer fixed for free, because the seatbelts are covered by a lifetime warranty. If you do a conversion, I'm sure they will no longer be. Also, you will still have the pulley system in the a-pillar, so you'll actually be adding weight to the car with the conversion.

yup...It doesnt have the belts, or the seats. I have racing R1 seats with Sparco belts, but I wish to change ot to back to stock. I'm not really concerned about adding weight to the car either.
