Help! Will a 92-95 Civic armrest/console fit in my 89 CRX?
Hey guys,
I need some help here, I have a 1989 Silver CRX HF and was wondering if a 92-95 Civic armrest would fit in it? I am willing to modify if needed but was just wondering how close it would fit, has anyone had any experience with this? I am going to get it online so I can't just test it for fit. Any info. would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks in advance!!!!

No, it only fits red and black crx dx's, sorry. lol, had to.
Anyways, i dont know, i know the teg armrests and consoles can be fabbed in, im sure its possible, jsut will require modification no matter what. If its not for the car, it probably wont bolt iin.

That's exactly what I was worried about! Do you know about how large the gap would be (half inch or 3 inches)? I was thinking of some way to "bridge the gap" so to speak. I suppose I can only push the armest so far up to try to meet it better. I have a automatic if that makes any difference. Thanks for the info though!
Are you going to leave the gap there when you change the carpet out? I was thinking of ways to "bridge" it but I don't think it would look that bad with the gap if my carpet was new. How difficult is it to change out the carpet anyway, I have been thinking of doing that myself. I really appreciate the info.
it's really not that hard to change the carpet, just alot of work. but what you could do to is cut your CRX e-brake console and cover the gap some way.

Does anyone have a pic of the EG armrest/console installed? (Preferably in a sedan...)
