Default Please help idle stuck at 3000rpm

Hello eveyone i need some help with a B18c1 swap. The head was sent to Gude and had the full treatment then sent back to me and the engine was put back together and out of the blue the idle is now stayin at 3000 rpm's as soon as you start the car. I have had a couple different people look at the car and no one can figure it out any input would help.... Thanks

or it can be the throttle body needs to be adjusted. or a leak somewhere on the throttle body gasket, or intake manifold gasket
