noise after replacing clutch

I replaced my clutch and now I hear a noise. It sounds like something is spininng. However when I press my clutch, the noise goes away. When I let go of the clutch it comes back. Any ideas of what it may be?

Did you replace the throwout bearing?

if the noise happens in neutral (out of gear) and the clutch is off... its almost always the throwout bearing.

Yeah, i replaced the throwout bearing, and the pilot bearing. Damn, I guess I have to go back in there and re-replace it...

did u remove the flywheel when u installed it??? if u did , then maybe the flywheel is loose.

Yeah i removed the flywheel, but i made sure it was torqued on there tight.
