Because then you can run the computer that was meant to be with the motor.

Just run an OBD1 ecu like a p28 and have katman chip it for the ITR motor....either way this thing is going to be FAST! Maybe i need to ditch my D-series and go "Killa Bee" y0..
Full ITR assem+ Ef chassis+ Hasport cable to hydro kit = AWESOME SET UP!

you even knwo whats involved wireing wise going from obd0 - obd2? its no walk i the park an obd1 conversion is 100 times easier and will yeild the same results.

about converting to obd2. In JDM land there is no obd2, just a ECU that uses Obd2 style plugs, the ECU will not utilize any of the 'extra' sensors over obd1 that we have in north america.
Simply you are converting to obd1 but you will have obd2 style plugs and limited to that ECU.

Keep the distributor, no need to sell it. All you do is repin your old CRX connector onto the obd2 distibutor. You would have to do this no mater what obd distributor you have.
