Some F**ked Up Riverside Acura Dealer f**ks up ITR!!!
So my older brother took in his 1998 ITR to a Acura bodyshop dealer to have exterior damges repaired and his steering column fixed. So when he picked it up yesterday and the interior back seats were ripped and some of the panel covers for the screws and the inside back panels near the taillights were missing. There was dried super-glue residue around the torn holes like someone tried to cover it up. The back seat weather mats were missing but we got them back. We told the supervisor and found out they were put into another car. One of the workers got them without saying a word that he knew where it was. Why was it in another car anyways??? We told the supervisor about the problem and said he'll take care of it. He asked if we wanted to leave the car there so he can order the seats an panels, but my bro just took it home just so they dont f**k it up more.

The back seats torn, missing panel covers, right turn signel not connected, the whole back cargo side interior panel in the back were not aligned right, and god knows what else.
So if they don't replace what they damaged and missed we will take them court. Their trying to give us the run-a-round. So don't ever go here if your in this area.

If you dont get anything fixed or they dont compensate you just **** up one of the cars on the lot during the night "kick the rear 1/4 panel in" "most money to fix" and eighter way they will be paying for your damage literally .hahahahaha

actually **** what i said the first time, just call the "Corporate Office" and tell them the whole story and what happend take pics get the paper work that has the dates it was there and find a witness that works there write you a statment on what happpend " if you could find one on your side" then send it all to "Corporate" get them all fucked up
You should have called the cops and then called the regional manager, right on the spot without moving.

Yup Riverside Acura's service dept. is ****!
When I first bought my car I had them do the timing belt and when they had the valve cover off they didn't put the spark plug grommets on right, so i had a cylinder full of oil. AND they didn't re-attach the AC pulley correctly so the bolt snapped of in the bracket and the pulley fell onto the belts when i started my car. The service guy tried to tell me that it was normal wear and tear and that it's common on Integras. So I even had to pay for the new parts and had it done by someone i trusted.
In the end after about a month of trying to contact either the service manager or general manager i finally got a hold of the service manager. He apologized, reimbursed me and detailed my car (since some ******* juniors from back when i was in HS wrote "03 rules" on my windows
)
I still told him that I'd never return.

Somebody should send this link to acura/Honda it seems like all of their dealers are pretty fucked up in the service department.
I for one will never ever go to a Honda/Acura dealer again for any service on my car. Too much of a headache dealing with any of these ********. And i have been to almost every Honda Dealer in the British Columbia region, it seems like Honda's moto is
"sell them the car and treat em like **** when they come back for service"
Now i try to do as much work as I can myself on my car.

dealerships rip you off and try to make you look like your the *** when they **** up...
as far as im conscerned, one of trhem up in quebec got my Type R's intake manifold and injectors stolen from their lot and they did a 4000$ claim to the insurance, goes to show ya their as crook as any other shady backyard garage.
