Del Sol VTEC Autocross/Lapping day brake pads
I'm having a really tough time finding what the best brake pad for Autocross/Street and Lapping days. I'd use the Hawk HP+ but they don't make them for the Del Sol VTEC model's bigger brakes. I don't really want to run EBC's or AEM's.
Anyone have a Del Sol VTEC? What pads are you using and how do you like them?

EBC and AEM are junk.
Give carbotech - http://www.carbotecheng.com or Cobalt - http://www.cobaltfriction.com a call, they will set you up with a good brake pad.

For AutoX my vote would go to some Axxis Ultimates, they are great when cold and would be able to handle the heats of an AutoX. They also double as a great street pad, I like not having to change pads at an AutoX.
For lapping days you're going to want to go with something more heavy-duty, maybe Panther XPs.

Yes They Do, AEM are okay for auto x but not great for lapping days and EBC are pure crap.
Either Call Matt at http://carbotecheng.com and get some Panther P+'s
OR Call Andie @ http://cobaltfriction.com and talk to him either one of these guys will set you with great pads.

Cobalt GT-Sport and Axxis Ultimates are great for street use and for autocross use with R-compound tires. They can also handle some light lapping too; on my buddy's '90 Civic, the Ate Superblue fluid boiled before the Axxis Ultimates faded (don't know if that gives any sort of useful indication or not).
