i was wondering if anyone used these type of tires and what you all think about them. how good are they for strip use let me know thanks

 

had a set on my si and they sucked.

 

Pretty good tires, for autocrossing and track days, not for drag race.

 

why did they suck what problems did you have

 

whats the prices what do they go for

 

i rode in a friends 550whp hatch on these tires and they felt awesome. It was mainly the boost controller though. 19 psi in third the tires held perfect then soon as we hit fourth it builds 30 psi and the car was still holding to the ground,. It was almost unbeleivable.

They're designed for autocrossing, and track days, which require a much different tire than drag racing, stiff sidewall vs soft sidewall.

These don't look like they need shaved either. Anyone know how these would compare to the victo's, toyo ra-1s shaved, or a v700 shaved?

You might better this question asked over in road racing than a drag area there not a drag slick. AKA super reinforced sides no flex, horrbile for drag.
