Default AVC-R Owner's need your help!!!

I have a boosted d16z6 and AVC-R. Me and a friend were trying to figure out whats the difference between the boost and boost duty? I have it set to .60 and 50%. Is the 50% of the boost set .60 or off the 1 bar? Thanks!!! IF you guys also have a website were it explains how to set it up it will be gladly appreciated cant understand the instructions!!! Thanks

If I read your post right. .60 is your what you have your boost set at. 50% is the duty cycle how hard the boost solenoid has to work to keep steady the boost. Read this thread and see if it answers your questions.

I just purchased this thing for me, I have not installed it yet. Does this thing actually changes in boost when changing gears? I have the Innovative MSBC-1 BC and loving it. Should I just keep it or use the AVC-R? I'm debating on which one I should use. I'll be selling the other one that I don't want to a friend. Thanks,
vic

I have the same question about the avc-r. How does it control boost based on gear?
