Default VTEC Solenoid Oil Pressure Switch... do I have to use it? (Mini Me)

I'm almost done my mini me swap on my Si. D16A6. Do I have to run wires for the oil pressure sending unit? I heard you can get away without using it. Just keep it unplugged. I didnt convert OBD1, I stayed OBD0. What do I do with this plug?

THIS THING.

If youre using a pm6 Si ecu, you wont have to do anything with it. Same goes with any non-vtec ecu.
