ok the other day i was driving down the street and the drivers side door speaker started to cut out. it would shut on and off etc. so today i start may car im only getting sound out of the pass. side.
NO MATTER WHAT! i cant get it to come back on. the volt meter says its getting power but i get no sound..
my last guess is a bad channel in the head unit. please help this sucks to have only one fawking speaker.
edit its a pioneer head unit if that helps

you can use an ohm meter and check the speaker for an ohm reading, it should read around 3.5-4.2 ohms, if that checks out, check the resistance between the spaker and the head unit, if there is resistance in the wires, it is most likely an internal problem with the head unit.
