I guess I am not really getting what I thought I would get out of my s2k...its fun to drive and all but not practical at all for me...either way it was fun...still not even at 5,000 miles on her...I need to fix a couple of things before I trade her in like a chip in the windshield and a broken cupholder (if anyone has one from a raced out one that you are selling for cheap please let me know)...it was fun while it lasted...farewell s2000 forum...
ps...I will be selling the stuff that i have left over...click the sig for parts..

Sounds like you know what you need to do. Sell those other project cars and get yourself a decent daily driver and use the S2K on the weekends, etc.

What did you think you would get out of it? Did you expect a 2 seater convertible to be practical?
Anways, do what you need to do, but do your research before you jump into another car.
You said the dealer would only give you 25K for the S2K. What did you pay, and what did you hope to get in trade in?

haha so many response for this...i knew when purchasing the car that it isn't practical. i was just going through a phase where i wanted to live a more humble life. not get into what the world has to offer. but it seems like i will be better off just driving this car because of all the money that i would lose.
i purchased the car in august of 03' for 31,875 and i bought the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. i put a lil bit down and payments are around 600/month.
im only 23 but im almost done with school and i need to intern..which equally no money...so i was debating what i could spare. the car is definitely something that i could spare but when weighting the pros and cons there were more cons...well thats enough blabbing...hopefully that answered everyones questions...
oh btw if i were to get the element i was gonna do a k20 type r head swap and hondata it...
so it would've been pretty fun...but still not as fun as my s2k
