I've ran a search, need more help on a alt whine
Alright, no problem in the front speakers.
The RCA's are good, and they are run seperate from the power wire.
The whine gets worse when...
The lights are on,
The rear defrost is on,
and sometimes when it is cold it is worse.
Any suggestions?? This is single handedly killing the potential of my system.

it could be anything from a bad alternator, bad grounding, to radiated noise. You have to isolate each component and test in order to find out. This can be very time consuming.
if none of the above method works, try this

There is the N-700, N-554, and the N-555

Try grounding the head unit seperate from the factory wiring harness, directly to chassis metal of the car. Often multiple components in the car share the same ground, and if you have a high-power mosfet head unit, it can put some strain on that ground circuit. You may also benefit running the +12 Constant directly to the battery.
A few years ago, before the audio industry was able do really high isolation between conponents, I actually had to put a .10 farad caps on the power input leads on the radio to get rid of alternator ripple in my SQ set up. You can find them cheap at electronic parts houses. Just make sure they are rated above 20 volts.

Well, I have a 80 X 4 RMS @ 4 ohms that power my components and the headunit's Internal Amp is turned off. The head unit is well grounded, the amp to the seat belt bolt, I ran a test wire (normal 12 ga) to the ground of the H/U and the Ground of the Amp, nothing. I was thinking that maybe the RCA's were run too close to the brake wires and the Rear defrost, could that be it, Why would small caps help. I don't know if the Ground is even the problem because the problem is only in the rear speakers.

care to back that statement up with some measurements?

one suggestion: check around the battery terminals for residue, may need to be replaced/tightened
mine had light problems/i replaced the battery terminal tops, and now its perfect
if they r ok, your alternator is bad
