Default Using SS line instead of hardline for direct port?

I saw these pics in an archived FI post:

Would there be any issues with using a TFE line instead of the hardlines.
Like a -3 line?

would probably be more expensive.

but issues... i doubt it since the main n2o line is steel braided.

I figured as long as the lengths are conistent, there wouldn't be any problems.
I just had never thought about using lines like that. Pretty interesting.

Aeroquip teflon/SS lines will do the trick. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I was going to do that but reconsidered. I was a little concerned with the lines trying to straighten out under pressure (when spraying) and rotating the nozzles.

If I remember right, I priced it out at ~150 for lines and fitting (-3 AN).

And the 37 degree flare tool + tube bender was ~110. (for the hard line route)
