Yes another ITR spotting thread.... I77 South Charleston, WV......
Very unsual because it is the only one ive seen other than my old one and Chris' in the state of WV.
Black, stock, OEM Fogs. Very very salty.
Maybe someone up in northern WV down here visiting family/friends?
Just curious.... man I still miss mine

There was one up in morgantown that was sold to some kid who goes to wvu I believe. Possibly that one. If so, I almost bought it too.
