Default heres the dilemma, any help appreciated....

The only way the car will crank is if the clutch pedal is out. This symptom is only interittent though. However NO Accessories will work (ie, power windows, locks, seatbelts, headlights.) I installed a new electrical portion of the ignition switch and found no change of symptoms. I am unable to read the codes very well so the best codes I could come up with would either be a 18 or a 28. Either way neither code is listed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you -Matt

Check your fuses? Did you do anything/or have anything done to the car before it that started happening?

The fuses are all ok, the grounds all checked out too. I have someone telling me that my main computer (ecm) may be out due to the fact I can only pull codes that are not existent. Thank you for your reply I am just out of ideas. -Matt

Also there was nothing new done to the car other than a cd player about a month and a half ago. thanks again
