These are the old cheap fogs I had on my car since forever. They originally had that ion lens that made the light yellow, but I decided to try something different. I used the Krylon amber stained glass paint and did a couple coats. I like the way they look when they're off, since they match the corners and sidemarkers. I want to get the factory styled fogs later, just not sure if I'll want to do it with those. The light output is as good as when they were yellow, and they're nowhere near red so I shouldn't have problems with the cops. Let me know what you think....I'm expecting lots of flames for this one.... \

Oh, and pay no attention to the lack of a front lip...it's in the garage getting re-painted.

 

They look not bad, but at night it just shows that they are so tiny

 

they look decent... some SiR fogs would be top notch..

homeboy SOUNDBOMBER got clear ones for madd cheap and painted them yellow and the chits look Really good.

i think they are ugly, just because its amber, doesnt mean its cool

 

are they any less bright now that the light is tinted, btw they look pretty good

 

I believe this cost ~20 dollars? And looks 100x better than yours which probably cost you over 20.

Ebay + Spray paint + time = "jdm" fogs that aren't 10000 dollars for being called jdm.

 

Uh, I don't think so....the lights themselves are $80 or more to start with. I was just screwing around with the **** I already had. Maybe you missed the part of my post where I said I was going to get the OEM fogs later on anyway.

yes, they're as bright as before.

No, I never thought amber was "cool" I just wanted them to match the stuff I already had.

I know the fogs I posted are 20.
