Wheel offset? +44mm on a civic?

can I run a 44mm positive offset rim on my EG civic ? Im looking at 15's... just want to know if they will clear or cause any rubbing on full steering lock

I think thats an "alright" offset mid 40s on civic are I think somewhat normal..
