I would try some BG-44K...its a total fuel systems cleaner, it does wonders to your car, costs about 15-20 bucks a can. Also depending on how many miles are on your car/engine I would also suggest motor mounts, usually a tell-tale sign of bad mounts is a rough idle.

How many miles are on your car? You might want to look into getting your fuel filter changed it could be clogged. But most likely its an engine mount.

your iac (idle air controll) could be cloged, i had the same problem with my car a few months ago. its on the intake manifold 2 bolts to take it off, and just clean it with some brake cleaner let it dry and put it back on. it takes all of 15 minutes and makes a huge differance

I thought carb cleaner worked better

If the rough idle causes RPMS to Drop or Rise above normal idle rpms, look at tach. Then buy some Pro Honda - Throttle Plate and Induction Cleaner 14oz Spray Can about $6.00 at Honda Dealer and Clean your Throttle Body with it . The throttle body gets varnish on it that needs to be cleaned off.
