88 CRX DX Pieces on an 91 CRX Si? WILL THEY FIT?
Okay right now as many (or few) of you may know I crashed my 1991 CRX Si and need body pannels. Here's a few questions. I have a friend with a donor 1988 CRX DX and I need to know if I'm okay doing this
1) Will the hood fit? I assume it will because they never say "ZC hood for so and so year"
2) Will the fenders fit?
3) Will the windshield fit?

You need to get a window knife. they should not be that much. You just want to use the window knife to cut the adhesive/ moulding stuff and after you have that done. Be careful not to break it when you are pulling it out.
i thought so too, el vap 133. also the fender molding is different so that'll look fubared. the rest of the car, beveled mouldings then when you get to the 88 fender, you see a flat, fat moulding. heheh.

The screws that the 88-89 corner lights use, screw into plastic inserts that fit in the square holes in the fender. The 90-91's have plastic inserts that accept the slotted tab version of the corner lights. So the metal fenders are all the same. The difference is in those little plastic pieces.
