Guys,

I have a brand new Garrett T3 and the other day i was driving hard and the intercooler pipe popped off. I got it home and noticed oil was leaking near the area that the pipe came off. I couldnt find any leaks anywhere else so I figure its coming from the turbo. The pipe that came off is the lower intercooler pipe that connects to the bottom of the turbo. I am using Mobil 1 synthetic oil. What do you guys think could it be the seals already on a brand new T3????

A lot of oil or a little oil? When i poped off my ic pipes i noticed a little oil in there too, kinda worries me, because my turbo was used.
