.........good to hear, a lot of people on this site like eibach sportlines with konig yellows or kyb agx shocks. I have sportlines on my ride click the link in my sig if you want pics...really good ride. Also for a camber kit, I don't remember what brand mine is. But if you do search there is tons of info....and welcome to h-t

How low of a drop were you thinking of? And how much are you willing to spend? What kind of driving will you do? Track? Daily driven? I had H&R Sports springs before and they worked great with my kyb gr2 shocks. Mild drop 1.7" in the front 1.5" in the rear. And Ingalls has a good camber kit.

hey don't worry about the drop i'm on like a 2.5 in drop on my 92 accord lx and its the best in the snow, i don't slide around like my civic hatch.. i've got gay aerospeed springs on it.. DO NOT BUYT THEM!!!!
If you are in an area where you will see snow at all during the winter you are going to want to run coilovers..good brands to look for are Groung Control...or some people like Skunk 2...welcome to Honda-Tech...nice to see the new members starting out with a suspension question
p.s if you really want versatility hit me up and we can cylinder it.

Coilovers will give you the versatility for ride height...thats all..and only the cheep generic sleeves will rust..depending on what you are looking for i agree springs are a great way to go..but if you dont like the height with the spring oh well thats what it is..
The reason most people buy coilovers is because they want to go low with their car. If **** happens, they always have the option on raising the coilovers to a more desired height.
Then there are the people who buy springs. The advantage to springs is that they have a better ride quality than coilovers, but not as big a drop. You also don't blow your struts with springs, unlike coilovers.

Or you can save a little bit of money, and get either Apexi WS or Tein SS coilovers. You can dump the car, while still have a close to stock ride. I got Apexi WS on my 90 Accord, and I got it down to a 1 finger gap all the way around, and it rides awesome. I still have like another inch or more to drop it.
my friend got them from my other friend that got them off ebay a while ago for i think it was $60... said only like 1.5 in drop but i have less than a finger gap all the way around.
also for the person who posted you would have close to stock ride... who the hell would want stock ride? isn't the point of lowering the car is to feel the tight suspension???? lol.. i personally HATE stock smooth wavy POS feeling... i like to feel every crack i go over.. it helps me be alert more rather than almost falling alseep to stupid stock ride feeling..

I'm saying it's close to a stock ride, not a stock ride. There are some people out there, that don't like that stiff-*** suspension. Thats how my Skunk2, Tokico set-up was and thats how my bro's B+G Coilovers are. I was sick of that. The Accord is more of a family car, not a sports car, so I could give a **** about that. Now my civic hatch thats a different story. 92 accord exr, you should look into Sprint also, a couple of my friends have them, one on a 96 Maxima, and the other on a 92 Accord, and they ride really nice matched up with a good set of shocks like KYB, or Koni Yellows. Nice drop too!!!
