I believe it's Samuel L Jackson from the movie Pulp Fiction.
The quote is an allusion to the reality that someone does not have a very good grasp of the English language.
BTW I'm telling this to the original poster not you integraz.

by looking at the front bumper, rear diffuser, rims, mouldings, exhaust tips, mirrors, and DINAN emblem on the left side of the trunk, it looks like a M3 with some Dinan parts on it...and from what i understand, Dinan only does s/c's, not turbos...im not sure about this, but active autoworks is working on a project TT pushing 400hp, nowhere near 500, but its not for sale yet...

Hmmm, I hate BMW's As you all know I own a Honda Accord, but for all you out there who want to feel the wrath, please email me or sign up on my wait list, plus he is only racing for PINK SLIPS, No cars that are still being paid okay guys, or under 20K. I witnessed another smashing race last night, my cousins Activeautoworke turbo M3 raced for PINK SLIPS with a Nissan Skyline GTR VSPEC Ajatage 400 Edition, 400+Hp Turbo, and beat him not so bad but maybe by 3 or 4 car lengths. But ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BET ME ON MY COUSIN'S M3, WHICH IS BADGED Dinan, to make sure everyone will race him, and to fool everyone out there. I feel sorry for everyone who wants to race him, get ready to loose your cars if you do so. Me, Im just an honest specator and cousin who bets with unsuspecting people who do not know it really is a Active autoworkes Turbo. Here is the link, http://www.activeautowerke.com/turbo/OBD2-E36Turbo.asp click it and you will see. But WHO WANTS TO BET. Cmon, I need some money!

I'm sorry, I can't not respond. Let's see some under-hood pictures of your so-called-cousin's car. I'm still trying to figure out why you put "OBD II" in the subject? The owner must be very environmentally conscious, that's fantastic. Lastly, ummm, Accords don't have a reputation of being a fast car, what's this post doing here?

Ok guy, what are you trying to prove. I'm not here to start any kind of $hit. But it doesn't make any sense that you are trying to make money off of you cousins hard work. Granted that he has that much horsepower, I'm pretty sure that he wouldn't want to risk wrecking his car on the street.

Does he race at the track? And if so, why don't you start challenging people who race at the track? I think it's a LOT smarter racing his car at the track rather than risking his investment on the street. Just my 2 cents.
And please do not take into offense on what I had said.
