to get or not to get cam sprocket????
I will be tuning my car soon and my setup consist on
Endyn piston 9:1
eagle rod
type r manifold
jg throttle body
aem fuel rail + fpr
720cc injector
hondata s200b
stock b16 vtec head
2.5" downpipe
3" thermal exhaust
My question is should i get some cam sprockets?? i am running gsr camshafts in a stock b16 head... I am hoping for around 350hp or more and im trying to get every single hp out of it... tell me what you guys think... thanks

well normally i'd say no,
but you are going for a really aggressive setup.
so i'd say it cant hurt.
if your tuner is good enough, then he/she might have the expertise to grab some power out of some cam timing changes.
i'd say, get em,
leave it up to the tuner to see if they can get some power out of them.
if not, sell them off.
you should be able to recoupe most of your cash.
or better yet, get some used ones,
then ya cant lose!
